  Austin Bauwens

  CEO

  Austin is the CEO and Founder of Ravie, shaping the direction for the studio. He loves building the systems that move Ravie forward and forming lasting relationships with the brands and agencies it is best equipped to help. Austin first built a following through his Loops, a design and animation series that reached an audience of tens of millions. Outside Ravie, you’ll probably find him curating a list of the best restaurants in North Carolina.

  Jackson Redford

  Executive Producer

  Jackson is the Executive Producer at Ravie, keeping clients, creative teams, and production moving together. Having worn many hats at the studio, he has a deep understanding of each layer of the production process. His appreciation for the people behind the work helps him build relationships that outlast the individual projects. Outside Ravie, Jackson loves spending time with his family and watching the Chiefs. His current side project is converting his two daughters into lifelong fans.

  Will Taylor

  Creative Director

  Will is Ravie’s Creative Director of Product Marketing, responsible for turning complex business problems into clear creative premises and protecting them through delivery. He leads the studio’s product launch and campaign projects, combining strategic judgment with the hands-on craft of someone who began animating at 11. Beyond Ravie, Will has taught his process on stage to live audiences across three different continents and continues to share what he learns with his audience of creatives around the world.

  Sam Essanoussi

  Creative Director

  Sam is Ravie's Creative Director of Brand, leading the identity, event and educational work that brings brands closer to people. He loves finding simple, clever ways into complicated concepts, making sure the work creates a feeling, not just a pretty picture. Outside work, Sam likes to explore new countries by taking the less obvious route, often getting lost in the details of different cultures that get found in his drawings later.

  Jordan Wilson

  Producer

  As a producer at Ravie, Jordan maintains momentum on all projects from development through delivery. She particularly enjoys serving as a liaison between the creative team and client, helping thoughts and ideas come to fruition through constructive and collaborative communication. When not producing, she’s most likely trying to figure out how to fit more books on her bookshelf under the direction of her two cats, Mitzi and Marie.

  Kendall Gathas

  Designer & Animator

  Kendall is a Motion Designer at Ravie, helping the most unexpected ideas come to life. She is the person you can rely on when you need to produce tens of visual solutions to one problem. Outside of work, she volunteers with animals, most notably raising over 100 frogs.

  Connor is a Motion Designer who treats an ambitious concept as an invitation to push things further. His iterative, objective-driven approach keeps the work grounded, while always finding opportunities to deliver something more distinctive. Outside the studio, he keeps things moving by dancing or eating his way through Montreal's best food spots.

  Chaewon is a Motion Designer at Ravie, turning familiar ideas into something unexpected through design and animation that isn’t limited to just 2D. She enjoys adding, removing and refining details until she finds the clearest way to express an idea. Outside work, she’s usually looking for a new dish to try, then figuring out how to recreate it herself.

  Rowan Martin

  Jr. Designer & Animator

  Rowan is a Jr. Motion Designer at Ravie whose animation process involves assigning her designs a unique personality and bringing them to life. Her work always centers around storytelling and genuine connection, by taking the emotional red thread in a concept and visualizing it in a characterful way. When she’s not creating, you can find her wandering an antique store or living under the supervision of her 15 cats.

  Justin De Leon

  Jr Designer & Animator

  Justin is a Junior Motion Designer at Ravie who loves pushing his work until he finds the most distinctive and satisfying expression of an idea. With a focus on storytelling and a love of illustration and texture, he creates animations that stay with you long after the screen goes dark. Outside Ravie, Justin can usually be found revisiting his favorite films and looking for ways to carry the feelings they evoke into his own work.
